Yes! You'll have private use of the building. You don't have to use the entire space but it is available to you if you want it.
We have 120 spaces in the lot.
We have three caterers you may choose from for your catered event (we have selected these to provide you with variety at all price points). If you'd rather not have a catered event, no problem! You may bring in platters and handle your food service on your own (all trash must be brought offsite at the end of the event).
Yes! We have a huge parking lot and trucks are welcome to stage there.
Yes! Private hosted events are welcome to have a bar. Bar fees are extra. You're required to have a Sips/Tips certified bartender and/or work with our preferred professional bartending company, Top Shelf.
We can comfortably seat up to 250 guests for a seated meal or 500 guests for a standing/reception flow.
We require a 50% deposit to book and remaining balance due the week of the wedding.

Yes! We are happy to accommodate your event on any day of the week.
Yes! We have owned and operated Harvest Moon Events (event planning and design company) since 2012. We have a large inventory of decorative items and rentals available to you at a discounted price. These items will be added a la carte to your venue rental. We are here to help make the planning easier on you and can be involved as much or as little as you'd like!
Per the American Fork Fire Department, real flame is not permitted in the historic building. You may use battery powered candles if you'd like candlelight. Sparklers are permitted for sendoffs outdoors on the paved pathways (your Venue rep will assist you in setting this up if desired).
The 1903 team will setup and take down anything that we are providing on your behalf (tables, chairs, all event inclusions, and any add-ons that you have hired us to do). You will be responsible for setting/striking any additional items that you may choose to provide.
Yes! Pets are allowed for ceremony and photos. We ask that they are taken off of the premises once food service begins.
The pricing and packages listed here are subject to change. Pricing will not be locked-in until you have a contract with the 1903.
